Client2Central is a unique and pioneering web help-desk application that lets you provide your clients with unparalleled support, and monitor customers’ feedback in real time. If customer satisfaction is highly prized by your company then this web application was made for you.

You only need an Internet connection and your favorite browser. We do recommend Firefox though.

At this time the C2CE interface is available only in English and Portuguese. It will soon be launched in French and Spanish. Even more languages will follow.

Please note that C2CE allows you to enter content in several languages including Japanese and Chinese (UTF-8 character).

We provide unlimited free support for all paid plans; however, we do not provide support over the phone. We do our best to respond to every issue within a few hours.

No way, absolutely not. We don't charge any additional fees, and that includes signup or termination fees. The monthly price you pay is a fixed fee based on the plan you've chosen.

Our paid accounts are a pay-as-you-go service and you are billed every 30 days. You can cancel the service at any time and you won't be charged again, however, you are responsible for any charges already incurred.

You can try all Client2Central features in our free plan. It's not a limited trial account but a fully featured account so we don't provide refunds.

We take every precaution to keep your information safe and secure. Data is backed up nightly, and our uptime is over 99%. We use first-rate infrastructure provided by Defender Hosting company servers.

Client2Central is only available as a hosted web application. This model makes it easy for our business customers; no headaches or expensive hardware to manage. We take care of backups and data security. We maintain all the hardware, patches and improvements. You will always get the last updated version.
