- What is it? Client2Central is a unique and pioneering web 2.0 help-desk tool that lets you provide your clients with unparalleled support, and monitor customers’ feedback in real time. If customer satisfaction is highly prized by your company then this web application was made for you.
- Do I need anything special to use Client2Central? You only need an Internet connection and your favorite browser. We do recommend Firefox though.
- Is Client2Central available in any languages besides English? At this time the C2CE interface is available only in English. It will soon be launched in French, Portuguese and Spanish. Even more languages will follow.
- Is support included with all account plans, or do I have to pay extra? We provide unlimited free support for payment plan customers; however, we do not provide support over the phone. We do our best to respond to every issue within a few hours.
- Any hidden fees we should know about? No way, absolutely not. We don't charge any additional fees, and that includes signup or termination fees. The monthly price you pay is a fixed fee based on the plan you've chosen.
Please note that C2CE allows you to enter content in several languages including Japanese and Chinese (UTF-8 character).
